Where little feet meet wild places.

Our story

Little Wildings began in a season where I felt the need to slow things down.

Life had become full in all the ways that often pull us away from what matters most—rushing from place to place, filling our days, and losing sight of the quiet moments in between. I kept coming back to a simple question: what do children actually need? And the answer felt clear—fresh air, open space, time to wander, and the freedom to just be.

So we started small.

Just a few walks. No pressure, no expectations. Little feet moving at their own pace. Stopping for sticks, puddles, and whatever else caught their attention. It wasn’t about distance or destination—it was about presence.

And something shifted.

The walks became more than time outside. They became a way to connect—with our children, with each other, and with the land around us. There was a quiet kind of magic in it. The kind you don’t have to create or plan for—it’s just there when you slow down enough to notice.

Little Wildings grew from that place.

It’s not a program or something to keep up with. It’s a gentle invitation. A space for families to step outside together, to move slowly, and to find joy in simple things. Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been walking with us for a while, there’s no right way to be here.

Just come as you are.
